This service allows the client to consolidate information from previous years with information from their current digital technology onto a single media format. This will greatly expand research and access capabilities through the use of image software.
Dimension Imaging is able to process and convert various types of work to computer format for access via your computer system such as paper, x-rays, microfilm, microfiche, photographs, wide-format maps/plats/blueprints. Additionally, all captured work is programmatically enhanced for increased legibility
Do you need your documents OCR’d (Optical Character Recognition)? Dimension Imaging can convert your scanned documents into editable word processing documents or into secure-searchable PDFs.

Turnkey image platform specifically designed and constructed for individual client needs.
Dimension Imaging will design, construct, install onsite, integrate with the client’s current environment, and conduct solution training in relation to the imaging solution.
Centralized Data Storage & Access
Storage of electronic images and data on the Dimension Imaging cloud. This service provides the client with a centralized repository of digital information, which may be securely accessed via an Internet connection.
This service can also be utilized in a client’s disaster recovery strategy.

- Web-Based Content Management System – Allows multiple users to access information stored on their personal workstation or on a central server via their existing network infrastructure.
- Scanning & Conversion System – Allows users to create their own digital images of documents via the following workflow: Scan, Image Process, Index, Double Key, Quality Assurance and Output Creation.
